The Pronox app (hereinafter referred to as βthe Appβ) is published by Pronostics City, a sole proprietorship with headquarters at 132 rue Henri Barbusse, 91200 Athis-Mons.
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter βTerms of Useβ) define the general conditions of use of the App by any user. They constitute a contract between Pronox and each user of the App (βUserβ, βYouβ, βYourβ).
We invite you to read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By installing the App, you agree to be bound by them. Pronox may modify these Terms at any time.
The App is available for free and requires no financial commitment from Users. Note that internet provider subscriptions and computer equipment are not reimbursed.
To use the App, the User must create an account via Google or a form. They must be of legal age and provide accurate information (first name, last name, email).
The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. In case of fraudulent use, contact contact@pronox.app.
Each day, Users can fill out prediction grids (e.g., 10 per day). Each grid contains several matches and must be validated before the first match begins.
- 1 = Home win
- X = Draw
- 2 = Away win
Validation requires watching a video ad. The βFlashβ button randomly fills in a grid.
Prizes are distributed weekly to Users who make no mistakes on their grid.
Payment is made via PayPal within 60 days, provided a valid PayPal address and matching ID documents are submitted.
If incorrect information is provided, no prize can be claimed.
Pronox owns all rights to the App, its design, trademarks, logos, and content. Use is strictly personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable.
Pronox is not liable for bugs, viruses, maintenance, or unavailability of the App. Access may be restricted without notice.
Collected data is used to manage the App and prizes. With the Userβs consent, it may also be used for commercial purposes. Users may exercise their rights at any time via contact@pronox.app.
The Terms of Use are governed by French law. In case of disputes, only French courts have jurisdiction.
