• With your email address and a password
• Using Google
• Using Facebook

1.2 I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. An email will be sent to reset your password.

2.1 How do I make a prediction on PRONOX?

1. Log in to the app.
2. Choose a competition (Ligue 1, La Liga, Serie A, etc.).
3. Select the grid type:

• Score: exact score
• Mega: 1X2
• Super: same as Mega but with bigger rewards

Make your predictions and validate by watching a video ad.

2.2 Do I have to pay to play?

No, PRONOX is completely free.

2.3 How can I win a reward?

• Get all the results right
• Shared if there are multiple winners
• Points if partially correct

2.4 How many points for a correct prediction?

• 20 points for an exact score
• 10 points for a correct 1X2

3.1 Where can I see my winnings?

In the Winnings tab.

3.2 How do I claim a reward?

1. Rewards tab
2. Choose + exchange points
3. Enter your email

3.3 Where can I see claimed rewards?

Via your point history.

4.1 Live scores?

Via the Livescore button on the home screen.

4.2 View my past grids?

In the History section.

5.1 PayPal email?

In your Profile.

5.2 Log out?

In the Profile tab.

5.3 Delete my account?

Option available in the Profile tab.
